Social Media: A Golf Instruction Mindmeld Featuring Darren Hopwood (UK)

If you’re reading this you probably have some experience with social media… I know this because you have at least found the Internet =).

Recently Darren Hopwood, PGA Head Professional at Penwortham Golf Club in the UK, offered the opportunity for me to contribute pieces for his coaching blog. I must pass on a very appreciative thank you to Darren for the opportunity. I have learned a lot from Darren’s contributions to the online golf instruction world.  Therefore today, this blog is a sharing portal; something on which the social media world operates and something it exemplifies well.

Today, all the way from the UK, we’ve got Darren to help us understand how the spine works in the golf swing.

Then, we’re also hoping to send some Florida sunshine to Penwortham across the pond from this quick tip chipping video I recently filmed.

If you have questions or comments about the topics above please leave them in the space alloted below.

Without a doubt I have learned more on Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube and the subsequent blogs and forums those sources have lead to than any other source.  Social media works in real life, too. Thank you to Darren and the many participants who share, discuss, and promote information online.  Today you experienced a golf presentation that was filmed 5, 000 miles apart, thanks Darren!
